As a Product Manager at Flight Schedule Pro, you will contribute to strategy, drive product definition, prioritization, execution, and will work closely with our team and customers to deliver compelling solutions to the market. You will be leading and inspiring developers, ideating with design to provide delightful user experiences, and will collaborate with customers to deliver solutions that provide maximum business value. The ideal candidate has experience setting an agile roadmap, enabling sales and marketing goals, and bringing enterprise / SaaS products to market.

Some of what you’ll do:


  • Lead a product team through product discovery, design, prototyping, validation, and delivery
  • Become an expert on customers and their needs, identify product gaps, and perform market research
  • Gather and synthesize stakeholder feedback and prioritize work so our team continually executes on high-impact projects
  • Gather and document product requirements, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Contribute to strategy, own your roadmap, and deliver best-of-breed products
  • Write product specifications
  • Work with product designers to prototype, test, and iterate quickly to find the optimal solution to meet the teams objectives and delight our customers
  • Be an advocate for the user when working with engineering throughout the product development cycle from vision to execution
  • Lead and inspire developers, and collaborate with customers to deliver solutions that provide maximum business value



About you:


  • 3+ years product management experience with a strong track record of success, preferably building SaaS products
  • Experience writing user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
  • Experience creating wireframes to communicate concept and product ideas
  • An obsession with customer research, product fidelity and user experience
  • Self-directed, driven, and comfortable leading a team
  • Passionate about building great products
  • Positive attitude, ability to learn and adapt
  • Strong prioritization and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Technical aptitude to partner with development teams
  • Creative and detail oriented with a strong focus on simplicity in design and quality
  • Well organized, able to juggle many tasks under pressure
  • Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound


Nice to have, but not required:


  • Student pilot, private pilot, or certified flight instructor
  • Familiarity with one or more programming languages
